Talks to My Self Management groups

Pictora Director Robert Morrall, was thrilled to be invited to talk to two My Self-Management groups in the Scottish Highland communities of Tain and Dornoch.

My Self Management is an organisation established over 10 years ago.  The organisation "encourages and supports individuals to take greater responsibility for their own health and wellbeing and seek to live life to their full potential. It is about forging an equal partnership between the individual, health and other professionals and the community around them, to the mutual benefit of all."

Robert spoke to the groups about the work of Pictora and the importance of creative actions to help the well being of vulnerable individuals both in prison and on release.

Pictora Made Visible Card packs were left with the groups and it is hope that they will create some interesting images for Pictora to print for them as greeting cards.
