MADE VISIBLE Prison Art Exhibition @ Dornoch Cathedral
On Monday 21st July 2025, an exhibition of Prison Art was officially opened in the 800 yr old Dornoch Cathedral by Kim Tulloch, Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Sutherland.
The launch event was well attended which included a welcome from Carol Anne Porter, Minister of Dornoch Firth Parish and presentations on the value of art in prisons from staff at HMP Inverness and Pictora.
The exhibition included over 70 images and poetry from HMP Inverness, HMP Castle Huntly and HMP Low Moss. Individuals submitting work for the exhibition receive a certificate of participation and a set of greeting cards created from their images, to share with their partners, children and friends.
